Abstract: This article provides a new display method for the cylinder state and cylinder action time of the industrial robot gripper. With the help of Siemens function blocks, the status of the industrial robot gripper cylinder will be displayed in the input/output communication mode, and the abnormal information of the gripper cylinder will be defined by the coding rule of the fault code instead of the input/output signal point to display the abnormal condition of the industrial robot gripper cylinder. This method can realize the monitoring and display of the state and action time of the industrial robot gripper cylinder by the programmable controller, achieve the real interconnection function, reduce the abnormal inspection time of the gripper cylinder, predictively maintain the abnormal cylinder, and improve the work efficiency.

摘要: 文章对工业机器人抓手气缸状态及气缸动作时间提供了一种新的展示方法。将借助于 西门子功能块,以输入/输出通讯方式时时显示工业机器人抓手气缸状态,以故障代码的编码 规则定义抓手气缸异常信息代替输入/输出信号点显示工业机器人抓手气缸的异常情况。此方 法可实现可编程控制器对工业机器人抓手气缸状态和动作时间的监控和显示,达到真正的互 联互通功能,可降低抓手气缸异常排查时间,预测性维护异常气缸,提高工作效率。
