The Influence of Upper Chord Differences of the Axial Fan Blade on its Dynamic Characteristics Based on CFD

Abstract: In this paper, numerical simulations and experiments are conducted to study the effect of blade upper chord difference parameters on the dynamic characteristics of axial fans. First of all, this paper discusses the applicability of different turbulence models by comparing the measured values of the experimental objects, and it is concluded that the shear stress transfer model has the highest agreement with this experiment. Then, based on computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation and systematic analysis, the flow field and velocity field characteristics of each axial fan model are analyzed systematically. To sum up, within a certain range, the static pressure value and static pressure efficiency of the axial flow fan increase with the increase of the top chord difference of the blades, and the improvement effect of the static pressure value is slightly more obvious than that of the static pressure efficiency. However, if the winding difference exceeds the threshold, the improvement of the static pressure value is relatively limited. Finally, the reliability of the simulation analysis is proved by experiments.

摘要: 文章采用数值模拟及试验研究叶片上弦差参数对于轴流风机动态特性的影响。首先, 文章通过对比实验对象的测量值,探讨了不同湍流模型的适用性,得出剪切应力传输模型本 试验的吻合度最高。然后,基于计算流体力学数值模拟并系统分析了多个上弦差值时,各个 轴流风机模型的流场特性和速度场特性。综上研究分析可得,轴流风机的静压值与静压效率 在一定范围内会随叶片上弦差值的增大而有所提升,且静压值的提升效果较静压效率相比略 明显。若上弦差超过一定阈值,对于静压值的提升也较为有限。最后,通过试验证明了仿真 分析的可靠性。
