热回收系统在涂装车间空调系统中的应用分析

Abstract: Environmental control of constant temperature and humidity is required in the automobile painting workshop. The air supply and exhaust system has a large proportion of energy consumption in a painting workshop. In order to verify the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption of the air conditioning system with a heat recovery system, this paper introduces the principle and structure of heat recovery system, calculated the energy consumption of the air conditioning system in detail through application example. Energy consumption of the air conditioning system is compared through natural gas and electricity respectively. It is proved that the heat recovery system has remarkable energy saving effect on the operation energy consumption of the air conditioning system. It is instructive to the construction, modification and operation cost control of the air conditioning system in an automobile painting workshop.

摘要: 汽车涂装车间要求恒温恒湿的环境控制,空调送排风系统对涂装车间的能耗比重较大。 为了验证热回收系统对空调系统的节能降耗效果,论文通过热回收系统在涂装车间空调系统 中的应用实例,介绍了热回收系统的工作原理与结构组成,详细计算了空调系统的能耗,分 别从天然气和电量的角度对空调系统的运行能耗进行对比,证明热回收系统对空调系统的运 行能耗具有非常显著的节能效果。对汽车涂装车间空调系统的新建、改造和运行成本控制具 有指导意义。
