Abstract: The bearing system accounts for a large proportion in the dead weight of the whole vehicle, and its own lightweight work is very important. At present, the components of the bearing system are mostly cast and stamped structures, which have large design redundancy or unreasonable design, and can not make full use of materials. Due to the demand of lightweight and driving stability, the application of disconnected balance shaft in the load-bearing system in the heavy truck market is becoming more and more common. The disconnected balance shaft can be divided into two states: internal and external. In this paper, through the structural comparison, material analysis, process comparison, CAE analysis and other technical means of the bidding product structure, the structural redevelopment of the external disconnected balance axle suspension and the verification and verification of the performance of parts and components, the development of the external disconnected balance axle suspension system is completed on the premise of ensuring the strength and modal level of the frame system, a complete set of design process and method of casting lightweight are established, which supports the lightweight design and development of the bearing system and makes a great contribution to the lightweight design of the whole vehicle.

摘要: 承载系统在整车的自重中占有较大的比重,其本身的轻量化工作是重中之重。目前, 承载系统的零部件结构多为铸造和冲压结构,存在较大的设计冗余或设计不尽合理,无法实 现材料的充分利用。由于轻量化及行驶稳定性的需求,重卡市场上对承载系统中的断开式平 衡轴的应用越来越普遍,断开式平衡轴从安装方式上分主要有内联式和外联式两种状态。论 文通对标竞品结构,采用结构对比、材料分析、工艺对比、CAE 分析等技术手段,对外联式 断开平衡轴悬架结构重新开发以及零部件性能的校核验证,在保证车架系统的强度与模态水 平的前提下,完成外联式断开平衡悬架系统开发,建立一套完整的铸件轻量化的设计流程与 方法,支撑承载系统的轻量化设计开发,对整车的轻量化设计也有较大的贡献。
