Abstract: Hybrid electric control system can reduce fuel consumption, reduce environmental pollution, and has good economy and power. By analyzing the functional requirements of the hybrid electric control system, the electric control system is designed from the single-chip selection of the electric control system, the design of the power supply circuit, the design of the input signal conditioning circuit and the design of the executive circuit. Develop a plan to test the functions of the hybrid electric control system, and carry out tests from two aspects of engine start control and regenerative braking control. It is concluded that the test parameters of the electric control system meet the design requirements, indicating that the hybrid electric control system can meet the requirements of the vehicle power demand.

摘要: 混合动力电控系统可降低燃油消耗、减少环境污染,具有良好的经济性和动力性。通 过分析混合动力电控系统的功能需求,从电控系统单片机选型、电源电路设计、输入信号调 理电路设计和执行电路设计进行了电控系统设计。制定方案对混合动力电控系统功能进行测 试,从发动机启动控制和再生制动控制两个方面开展试验,得出电控系统各试验参数均达到 了设计要求,说明混合动力电控系统可以满足车辆动力需求。
