Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor system integration and low comprehensive energy efficiency in the current mainstream pure electric sanitation vehicle configurations, a multi-mode high-efficiency electric drive system configuration based on the integration of parallel shaft gearbox and planetary row is proposed. By analyzing and comparing the working modes that can be realized by the configuration, the connection method of the configuration is finally determined, and the working modes with different connection modes are analyzed. Based on the dynamic index, the system parameters are matched and the vehicle dynamic model is built. The simulation analysis results show that the maximum climbing slope of this configuration of the pure electric sanitation vehicle can reach 35%, and the acceleration time of 0~50 km/h is 6.1 s, which verifies the effectiveness of the design scheme.

摘要: 针对当前主流纯电动环卫车构型存在系统集成度差、综合能效低等问题,提出了一种 基于平行轴变速箱与行星排集成的多模高效电驱动系统构型。通过分析对比构型可实现的工 作模式,最终确定构型的连接方法,并分析了选取连接方式不同的工作模式。基于动力性指 标对系统参数进行匹配,搭建了整车动力学模型。仿真结果显示,此构型的纯电动环卫车最 大爬坡度可达到 35%,0~50 km/h 加速时间为 6.1 s,验证了设计方案的有效性。
