Abstract: In order to improve the safety of hazardous chemical cargo transportation, improve transportation efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, it is proposed to set up a hazardous chemical cargo parking lot near the highway close to the chemical industrial park. By analyzing the cross-section traffic volume, the situation of vehicles entering the upstream and downstream service areas, obtained the information on the proportion of hazardous chemicals transport vehicles, and learned that the traffic volume of hazardous chemicals freight vehicles here accounted for 14.39%, the rate of hazardous chemicals vehicles entering the upstream Pingdingshan service area was 4.28%, and that entering the downstream Fangcheng service area was 2.4%, and the parking lot for hazardous chemicals freight was constructed in a targeted manner to improve the overall standardization of the parking and transportation of hazardous chemicals vehicles. It is proposed to carry out drop and pull transportation and green distribution among the client, chemical industrial park and hazardous chemicals freight parking lot, which can effectively improve transportation efficiency and reduce pollution.

摘要: 为提高危化品货物运输安全性,提升运输效率,降低碳排放,提出在靠近化工产业园 区的高速公路附近设置危化品货运停车场。通过分析断面交通量,上下游服务区驶入车辆情 况,获得危化品运输车辆占比信息,得知此处危化品货运车辆交通量占比达 14.39%,上游平 顶山服务区危化品车辆驶入率为 4.28%,下游方城服务区危化品车辆驶入率为 2.4%,针对性 地建设危化品货运停车场,提高危化品车辆停靠、运输等整体规范性。提出在客户端、化工 产业园与危化品货运停车场三者之间开展甩挂运输与绿色配送,可有效提高运输效率,降低 污染。
