Abstract: In order to determine the performance development goal of a certain vehicle, the competitive product analysis method is used to conduct research. Competitive product analysis objectives are determined in accordance with the purpose of learning and reference. Competitive product selection is completed on the condition of similar vehicles with a large market share. From the user's perspective, performance is chosen as the analysis dimension. Competitive product information is collected from a variety of ways. Competitive product information with relatively comprehensive and high credibility is obtained by collating information. The advantages and disadvantages of competive products are obtained through scoring comparison, so as to identify the overall performance level of competitive products. Finally, the vehicle performance development goals were preliminarily determined, which laid the foundation for the subsequent conceptual design of the vehicle.

摘要: 为确定某型车辆的性能开发目标,通过竞品分析的方法开展研究:以学习借鉴为目的, 明确竞品分析目标;以市场份额大的同类车型为条件,完成竞品选择;从用户视角出发,选 择性能作为分析维度;从多种途径收集竞品信息;通过整理信息得到较为全面、可信度高的 竞品信息,通过评分比较获取竞品的优劣势,识别竞品性能的总体水平;最后初步确定车辆 性能开发目标,为后续整车概念方案设计奠定基础。
