A Method of Working Hours Balancing for Multi Model Mixed-line Production in Assembly Workshop

总装车间多车型共线生产的工时平衡方法

Abstract: Generally, the automobile assembly workshop adopts the mode of multi model mixed-line production. Because the total working hours are different among the different models, and the production cycle time of the assembly line is generally fixed, so the number of assembly workers required is not the same when producing different models. In general, in order to ensure the normal operation of the production line, the production line staffing is based on the model of maximum working hours. So, when it is producted the model of the less working hours, there will be more staffs than the needed for production, which causes a waste of production resources. According to the principle of assembly line balancing, this paper proposes an innovative method of working hours balancing among different models by studying the production scheduling sequence and assembly working hours in the assembly workshop of G Automobile Factory, so as to optimize the allocation of assembly workers in the production line, eliminate waste and improve efficiency. Multi model mixed-line Production has become a common production mode in the automobile industry. The research results of this subject can provide relevant experience for other manufacturer.

摘要: 汽车总装车间一般都采用多车型共线生产的模式。不同车型的总工时不同,而流水线 的生产节拍一般固定不变,所以在生产不同车型的时候理论上需要的装配工人数是不同的。 一般情况下,生产线配员人数根据最大工时的车型确定,以确保生产线的正常运转。因此, 在生产小车型时就会出现人员闲置的情况,造成生产资源的浪费。文章根据装配线平衡的原 理,通过研究 G 汽车公司总装车间的排产顺序和各车型之间的装配工时,提出一种创新的各 车型之间工时平衡方法,从而优化生产线装配工人数的配置,消除浪费,提高效率。多车型 共线生产已成为国内汽车行业的一种普遍生产模式,研究成果可以为国内其他同类型的汽车 生产企业提供相关的经验借鉴。
