基于工业工程方法的汽车门线生产平衡优化

Abstract: This article use the theories and methods of basic industrial engineering to improve the problems of high load rate of automobile door line assembly workers and low work position balance rate. During the research process, based on program analysis and time measurement, the bottleneck position of the assembly line production capacity is found, and the "Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify" method is used to analyze and improve the problems existing in the car door line in terms of task distribution, process content and tooling layout. After the improvement, the bottleneck station load rate drops to below 85%, and the line balance rate increases to 89%, effectively improving production efficiency and employee satisfaction.

摘要: 文章针对某汽车门线装配过程中存在工人的负荷率高和工位平衡率低的问题,运用基 础工业工程的理论和方法进行改善。研究过程中,按照生产过程进行程序分析,以预定动作 时间标准法进行作业测定,找出装配线生产能力的瓶颈工位,运用“取消、合并、调整顺序、 简化”方法,对汽车门线任务分配、工艺内容及工装布局等方面存在的问题进行分析改善。 改善之后,瓶颈工位负荷率下降到 85%以下,线平衡率提升到 89%,有效提高了生产效率和 员工满意度。
