Abstract: After serie production of a vehicle model, the vehicle has the abnormal sound of upper hinge scratching upper guide rail, when sliding door is in the process of opening, the upper hinge of sliding door falls off from the upper guide rail. Based on software 3DCS, the close state and open state of sliding doors are studied to give optimization suggestions from parts tolerances, and find the most important contribution factors, matching surface tolerance of upper guide rail, matching surface tolerance of lower guide rail, tolerance of matching surface between sliding door inner panel and upper hinge and upper hinge roller profile tolerance which provide optimization direction and technical support for actual start production on site.

摘要: 某车型批量生产后,滑移门在运动过程中在上铰链区域有刮擦异响,甚至脱离上导轨 导致滑移行程中门有掉落的风险,文章采用二次定位以及静态安装动态调整的方法借助公差 分析软件 3DCS 对滑移门关闭位置和开门位置进行公差分析研究,得出上滚轮与上导轨干涉 的主要影响因素为车身上、下导轨安装面公差,滑移门内板与上铰链匹配面公差和上铰链滚 轮轮廓度公差,从理论上给实际的现场起步生产提供了优化方向和技术支持。
