基于 CANoe 编程测试电动助力转向模块与 自动泊车辅助模块的功能交互

Abstract: The realization of automatic parking function on the whole vehicle requires the function interaction between auto matic parking assist (APA) module and electric power steering (EPS) module. Due to the different development cycle of the two modules, the cycle of function testing and verification on the real vehicle is longer. Therefore, a method of using CANoe to simulate the signal of the auto matic parking assist module and connecting to the actual hardware module of electric power steering module is proposed to realize the interactive test and verification method of the two modules. This article uses the development, testing and analysis functions of CANoe to create the electric power steering module DBC parsing file, define the parameters of each node and signal, and send the analog signals of parking assist module node and basic vehicle information node through the program control to realize the communication with electric power steering module.And based on the steering system bench, the test and verification of the example application are completed, which shows that the test method is feasible, which can not only reduce the cost of real vehicle testing, but also shorten the development cycle and improve the efficiency of electric power steering module and auto matic parking assist module interactive function development.

摘要: 实现整车自动泊车功能,需要自动泊车辅助模块和电动助力转向模块进行功能交互, 由于两个模块的开发周期不同,导致在实车上进行功能测试验证的周期较长。因此,文章提 出了一种利用 CANoe 对自动泊车辅助模块进行信号模拟,并接入电动助力系统实际硬件模 块,来实现两个模块功能交互的测试验证。文章利用 CANoe 的开发、测试和分析功能,创建 了电动助力系统的 DBC 解析文件,对各节点和信号的参数进行定义,通过程序控制发送自动 泊车辅助模块节点和其他整车信息节点的模拟信号来实现和电动助力系统的通讯,并基于 转向系统台架对实例应用完成了测试和验证,说明该测试方法是可行的,不仅能够减少实车 测试成本,还能缩短开发周期,提高电动助力转向模块与自动泊车辅助模块交互功能开发效 率。
