Abstract: A light truck traveling to 100 km/h has abnormal steering wheel jitter, which disappears in other speed regions. In order to solve this problem, the steering wheel vibration acceleration peak and frequency is in line measured through a simple vibration test method, finally confirmed that the wheel assembly is abnormal caused by shaking. Through replacement of qualified wheel assemblies, jitter problems are eliminated and subjective evaluation are recognized. The conclusion of this study provides an effective correction method for analysis of steering wheel jitter.

摘要: 某轻型卡车行驶速度达到 100 km/h 时会产生方向盘异常抖动的问题,在其他速度区域 抖动现象消失。为解决此问题,通过简单的振动测试方法对方向盘处振动加速度峰值及频率 进行测量,最终确认是车轮总成异常引起的抖动。通过更换合格的车轮总成,抖动问题消除, 主观评价得到认可。该研究结论为方向盘抖动故障分析处理提供了有效整改方法。
