Abstract: In the process of vehicle driving, due to ground roughness, engine and gearbox gear vibration and other factors, auto parts suffer impact load for a long time, resulting in damage, shortened life or impact on the accuracy of instruments, etc., which will cause great harm to the vehicle. The test device of the automobile freedom vibration test-bed can realize the acquisition of vibration signal and reduce the harm caused by vibration to the automobile.Based on LabVIEW software development platform, a signal test device suitable for vibration test bench is designed. Through the analysis and demonstration, the design parameters and design requirements of the test device are clear, the hardware is selected, according to the hardware connection, the hardware connection circuit diagram is also drawn, in the aspect of software, the programming software is selected, the software is designed, and the software is self tested. Acceleration, angular velocity and angle are selected as the test objects. Through the simulation test, the designed signal test device can realize the signal acquisition, processing and display operation, and meet the design requirements.

摘要: 汽车在行驶过程中,由于地面不平度、发动机和变速箱齿轮的振动等因素,汽车零部 件长期经受冲击载荷而导致损伤、寿命缩短或影响仪表的准确性等,对车辆产生重大危害。 汽车自由度振动试验台测试装置可以实现振动信号采集,减轻由于振动对汽车造成的危害。 基于 LabVIEW 软件开发平台,设计了一款适用于振动试验台的信号测试装置。通过分析论证, 明确测试装置的设计参数及设计要求,对硬件进行选取并根据硬件连接画出硬件连接电路图, 软件方面进行编程软件选取、软件设计以及软件自测。选择加速度、角速度以及角度三个信 号量作为试验采集对象。经模拟试验,设计的信号测试装置能实现信号采集、处理和显示, 满足设计需求。
