Abstract: In order to comprehensively improve the ride comfort, this article establishes a parametric model through the 3D software UG / NX, and develops, designs and analyzes the car seat function on the established car seat model.The results of ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis show that the storage box designed under the cushion is almost not deformed under different weights.Through the optimization design of car seats, the intelligent design of car seats is realized, which has certain reference significance for the research in the industry.

摘要: 为全面提升驾乘舒适性,文章通过三维软件 UG/NX 建立参数化模型,并在所建立的汽 车座椅模型上进行汽车座椅功能开发设计及分析。ANSYS Workbench 有限元分析结果表明, 汽车座椅在不同重量下,坐垫下方设计的收纳箱几乎不发生变形。通过对汽车座椅的优化设 计,实现了汽车座椅的智能化设计,对业内研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
