Abstract: In order to summarize the design experience of automobile exterior products and improve the design ability of automobile exterior products, this paper analyzes and discusses the schematic design, structural design, precision design and design verification of automobile exterior products. Combined with the specific product design cases such as tail spoiler and bumper, the design methods and key points at each stage of automobile exterior product design are obtained. It is hoped that this paper can provide effective reference for the design of automobile exterior decoration products.

摘要： 为总结汽车外饰产品设计经验，提升汽车外饰产品设计能力，文章从汽车外饰产品方 案设计、结构设计、精度设计及设计验证四个方面进行分析和探讨，结合尾翼扰流板、保险 杠等具体产品设计案例，得出了汽车外饰产品设计各阶段的设计方法、设计思路及设计要点， 旨在为汽车外饰产品设计提供有效参考意见。
