Abstract: The kitchen garbage truck is a special vehicle for collecting and transporting kitchen garbage. In the process of collection and transportation, users and the government must realize the whole process of supervision and settlement. This article introduces a pure electric kitchen garbage truck based on the vehicle layout and sealing technology. It mainly ensures the sealing of the rear door from its floating hinge mechanism and adjustable wedge tightening mechanism. The vehicle layout is reasonable, the loading capacity is large, and the belt weighing heavy system, sealed without leakage, provides a strong reference value for the development of kitchen garbage trucks.

摘要： 餐厨垃圾车是一款收集和运输餐厨垃圾的专用车辆，在收运过程中用户和政府要实现 全程监管、结算。文章从整车布置与密封技术出发介绍了一款纯电动餐厨垃圾车，主要从其 浮动式铰接机构和可调式楔紧机构两方面保证后门密封，整车布置合理，装载量大，带称重 系统，密封无泄漏，为餐厨垃圾车的发展提供了较高的参考价值。
