Abstract: In order to meet the needs of course learning and competition preparation for students majoring in automobile repair in higher vocational colleges, improve students' Can-bus fault detection and diagnosis ability, so as to further improve the quality of talent training. Analyzed the current situation and problems of domestic automobile Can-bus teaching bench products, deeply studied the Bus control technology of Magotan B8 car with Tianjin Zhongqi Hengtai Education Technology Co., Ltd., then developed the comfortable Can-bus teaching bench and supporting practical teaching software of Magotan B8 car. The training platform introduces computer information technology into course teaching, which can realize the functions of principle cognition, signal analysis and fault diagnosis, and help the organic unity of theoretical teaching and practical teaching. At the same time, the problem of inconvenient detection caused by location in the real vehicle is solved, and the loss and damage to the real vehicle in practical operation are reduced.

摘要: 为满足高职院校汽修类专业学生课程学习和大赛备赛需要,提高学生 CAN 总线故障检测诊 断能力,进一步提升人才培养质量,文章在分析目前国内有关汽车 CAN 总线教学台架产品现状及 问题的基础上,联合天津中汽恒泰教育科技有限公司深入研究迈腾 B8 轿车的总线控制技术,开发 了迈腾 B8 轿车舒适 CAN 总线教学台架及配套实训教学软件。该实训台架将计算机信息技术引入 课程教学,能够实现原理认知、信号解析和故障诊断等功能,助力理论教学与实践教学的有机统 一;同时解决了实车中由于位置原因而导致检测不便的问题,减少了实操中对实车的损耗和破坏。
