集成式空气处理单元工作原理及装配应用

Abstract: Commercial vehicle industry both at home and abroad, most of the braking system function need medium to achieve through the air, the air through the air intake system into the air compressor piping, need air handling unit module for air filter, oil removal of impurities, in addition to water after drying, can meet each valve type brake system and components used, in order to realize the vehicle brake system related functions; Integrated air handling unit compared with the traditional non integrated air handling units, small size, easy to assemble, cost reduction, better for the processing performance of the air medium, this article will from the architecture of the integrated air handling unit is analyzed and introduced, and from the aspects of total assembly process on its application in the assembly process system in this paper.

摘要: 在国内外商用车行业,制动系统大部分功能需通过空气介质来实现,空气经过进气系统进 入空压机管路,需空气处理单元模块对空气进行杂质过滤、除油、除水干燥后,才能满足制动系 统各阀类及零部件使用,以实现整车制动系统相关功能。集成式空气处理单元相比较于传统的非 集成式空气处理单元,体积小、便于装配、成本降低,对空气介质的处理性能更好,文章将从集 成式空气处理单元的结构组成进行分析和介绍,并从总装配工艺方面对其在装配过程中的应用情 况进行系统阐述。
