Abstract: In this paper, based on the B pillar section of a vehicle, the process of calculating the stiffness performance of complex section by Hypermesh software is introduced in detail. By defining the size parameter as the design variable and the performance parameter as the response, the functional relationship between the stiffness performance and sizes of complex section is established by using experimental design and polynomial fitting. Compared with the actual section performance, the average error of the fitting calculation result is less than 5%. Based on the function relationship, the rapid evaluation of stiffness performance of complex section without the finite element mesh is realized, and it provides support for establishing the relationship between the size and performance of section and the performance of body in white.

摘要: 文章以某车型 B 柱断面为例,详细介绍了 Hypermesh 软件计算获得复杂断面结构刚度性能 的过程,并通过定义尺寸参数为设计变量、性能参数为响应,运用试验设计和多项式拟合建立了 复杂断面刚度性能与其结构尺寸之间的函数关系,且与实际断面性能对比拟合计算结果平均误差 在 5%以内。基于建立的断面结构刚度性能函数关系,实现无网格过程的复杂断面结构刚度性能快 速评估,同时为断面结构尺寸、性能与白车身刚度性能之间的关联提供支撑。
