Abstract: This paper mainly expounds the rear suspension structure optimization of a successful model. The suspension simulation was carried out by using related software, analyzed theoretically with the advantages and disadvantages of leaf spring structure, vehicle performance comparison, stress strength comparison and other aspects. And then verifying the improvement effect through a variety of road tests and subjective evaluation of the vehicle, so as to confirm whether its performance can meet customer experience requirements. This method has certain reference significance to the research of leaf spring and the optimization analysis of the rear suspension of leaf spring truck.

摘要: 文章主要阐述了某车型的后悬架结构优化过程。利用相关软件进行悬架仿真,根据钢板弹 簧多种结构的利弊、整车性能对比、应力强度对比等方面进行理论分析。再通过多种道路下的试 验测试来验证其改进效果,并对整车进行主观评价,从而由验证结果与主观评价确认其性能是否 能够达到客户的体验要求。该方法对钢板弹簧的研究及板簧车后悬架的优化分析具有一定的参考 意义。
