Optimization Analysis of a Decoupling Suspension Based on Adams

Abstract: In order to realize the independent adjustment of the pitch stiffness and roll stiffness of the suspension, an optimization analysis of a double wishbone decoupling suspension was carried out in this paper. It used software such as CAXA and UG to determine the initial coordinates of each hard point of the suspension, and built a three-dimensional model. Used Adams/car to simulate the kinematics of the decoupling suspension, studied the influence of the geometric structure of the rocker arm on the transmission ratio and decoupling degree of the suspension, and optimized and checked the geometric mechanism of the rocker arm, and finally used Adams/car insight module to optimize the front wheel positioning parameters of the decoupled suspension. The optimization results showed that the pitch stiffness and roll stiffness of the front suspension had a small correlation, and the wheel parameters changed ideally, which meeted the design requirements. All of it provided a theoretical basis for the decoupling suspension design of the FSAE racing car and had reference significance.

摘要: 为了实现悬架俯仰刚度和侧倾刚度的独立调校,文章对一种双横臂解耦悬架进行了优化分 析。运用 CAXA 和 UG 等软件确定悬架各硬点初始的坐标,并建立三维模型,利用 Adams/car 对 解耦悬架进行运动学仿真,研究摇臂的几何结构对悬架传递比和解耦度的影响,并对摇臂的几何 机构进行优化和校核,最后采用 Adams/car insight 模块对解耦悬架的前轮定位参数进行优化。优 化结果显示,前悬的俯仰刚度和侧倾刚度关联度小,且车轮参数变化理想,满足了设计要求,这 对 FSAE 赛车的解耦悬架设计提供了理论基础,具有参考意义。
