Abstract: Aiming at a hydrogen fuel cell air compressor, a two-dimensional model was established, and then import it into ICEM CFD software for grid division. Then, based on the standard k-ε model and Fluent 18.0 software, the internal flow field of a hydrogen fuel cell air compressor was numerically simulated by SIMPLEC algorithm, and the internal flow phenomena and laws of the air compressor were analyzed. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the reference results to verify the accuracy of simulation of air compressor.

摘要: 文章针对某款氢燃料电池空压机建立二维模型,然后导入 ICEM CFD 软件进行网格划分, 再利用 Fluent 18.0 软件,基于标准 k-ε 模型,采用 SIMPLEC 算法对其内部流场进行数值模拟,并 分析了空压机内部流动现象和规律,最后与参考文献结果进行比较,验证了空压机仿真的准确性。
