Abstract: The perceived quality of automobile plays a very important role in the process of customers' purchase. It has subjectivity and timeliness, so it brings some difficulties to the research work. In this paper, through years of research on the perceived quality of automotive interior, starting from the user's functional needs of automotive interior, combined with actual cases, the correlation between functional category and perceived quality is studied, and the evaluation contents and methods of automotive interior are explored, so as to provide reference for the evaluation and design of automotive interior perceived quality.

摘要: 汽车的感知质量在客户的选购过程中发挥着极为重要的作用,它具有主观性、时效性,所 以给研究工作带来一定的难度。文章通过对汽车内饰感知质量多年的研究,从用户对汽车内饰的 功能需求出发,结合实际的案例,研究功能属与感知质量的关联性,探索汽车内饰的评价内容及 评价方法,为汽车内饰感知质量的评价及设计提供借鉴。
