Abstract: The car have gradually become an indispensable walking tool in daily life. With the acceleration of people's life and the increase of the frequency of automobile use, the timeliness and effectiveness requirements for car maintenance are also improving. In the process of actual market service, the service store cannot solve all car failures, and after-sales technical support personnel are needed to help complete fault diagnosis and maintenance. This paper analyzes the development trend of after-sales technical support for automobile after-sales technical support.

摘要： 汽车已逐渐成为日常生活不可或缺的代步工具，随着人们生活节奏的加快以及汽车使用频 率的增加，对汽车维修的及时性、有效性要求也在提高。在实际市场服务过程中，维修店无法解 决所有的汽车故障，需要售后技术支持人员帮助完成故障判断及维修。因此文章从汽车售后技术 支持工作特点出发，分析了售后技术支持工作的发展趋势。
