Abstract: This paper introduces the engineering application test of two different German and Swedish brands of steel on the Shield hob. The results show that the Swedish material 7Cr5Mo2MnVSi (coldworked steel) shows excellent wear resistance and breaks through the engineering practice of hot steel for the blade ring of the shield machine. It is one of the ideal materials for making hard rock cutter ring. Of course, the excellent mechanical properties of cold-worked steel 7Cr5Mo2MnVSi are closely related to its material composition, processing process and heat treatment process. The paper describes in detail the unique heat treatment process and processing process of Swedish material 7Cr5Mo2MnVSi. It provides reference and reference for China's manufacturing of hob ring.

摘要: 文章介绍了德国和瑞典两种不同品牌钢在盾构机滚刀上的工程应用试验,结果表明,瑞典 材料 7Cr5Mo2MnVSi(冷作钢)表现出优良的耐磨性能,突破了盾构机刀圈用热作钢的工程惯例, 是制造硬岩刀圈的理想材料之一。当然,冷作钢 7Cr5Mo2MnVSi 呈现出的优良的力学性能与其材 料成分、加工工艺和热处理工艺是密切相关的,论文详细介绍了瑞典材料 7Cr5Mo2MnVSi 独特的 热处理工艺和加工工艺,为我国制造刀圈提供了参考和借鉴。
