国产某军用越野车高温(干热)试验研究

Abstract: In order to test the adaptability of a domestic military off-road vehicle in high temperature (dry heat) area. Thermal balance capacity test, ventilation and heat insulation capacity test, air-conditioning refrigeration system performances test, self rescue and mutual rescue test, and adaptive driving test were carried out in Turpan area. The maximum allowable ambient temperature of the sample vehicle is 46.2 ℃; the thermal insulation performance is good but the ventilation performance is relatively sultry; the temperature difference between the shoulder of the rear passengers and the outside of the vehicle is 8.2 ℃ after 20 minutes of refrigeration at 41.5 ℃; self rescue and mutual rescue can be realized on the desert ground; no fatal fault and serious fault in the 3 000 km adaptive driving test. The test process was described and the test results were analyzed to provide basis for the design and finalization of the vehicle type, and the vehicle was classified according to the test process and product characteristics The high temperature test of similar automobile enterprises provides technical reference and reasonable suggestions.

摘要: 为检验国产某军用越野车高温干热地区的环境适应性能力。在吐鲁番地区对样车进行热平 衡能力、隔热通风性能、空调制冷系统、自救互救以及适应性行驶试验。结果该样车最大许用环 境温度为 46.2 ℃,隔热性能良好但通风性能主观评价为较闷热,41.5 ℃环境下制冷 20 min 之后 的后排乘员肩部与车外温差 8.2 ℃,能够实现沙漠地面的自救和互救,3 000 km 适应性行驶试验 无致命故障及严重故障出现。通过结果分析为该车型的设计定型提供依据,并结合试验过程及产 品特点为类似汽车企业的高温试验提供技术参考及合理建议。
