Abstract: The influence of opening clearance of common fastening structure on torque attenuation of automobile chassis is studied. The mechanism of opening clearance and stiffness of opening structure on torque attenuation is analyzed by CAE technology.Adams is used to solve the maximum stress condition of swing arm and subframe open-end connection structure of a vehicle, and to analyze whether the maximum stress condition open-end structure will produce abnormal sound due to bushing slip due to insufficient bolt clamping force in the case of open-end clearance, which provides a verification idea for torque setting of open-end structure.

摘要: 文章针对汽车底盘常见的紧固结构开档间隙对扭矩衰减的影响进行研究,利用 CAE 技术分 析了开档间隙及开档结构的刚度对扭矩衰减的作用机理。运用 Adams 求解出某车型摆臂与副车架 开档连接结构最大受力工况,分析了在开档间隙存在的情况下最大受力工况开档结构是否会因螺 栓夹紧力不足导致衬套滑移从而产生异响,为开档结构扭矩设置提供了验证思路。
