Abstract: In this paper, the three-way pipe is taken as the research object, and the numerical analysis of internal high pressure forming is carried out with the help of nonlinear finite element DYNAFORM. The results show that under the condition of linear axial feed, the forming quality is better, the wall thickness at the branch pipe is thinner, and the thinning rate is larger, but it does not exceed the allowable range, which can provide a useful reference for the forming research of three-way pipe.

摘要: 文章以三通管为研究对象,借助非线性有限元 Dynaform 开展内高压成形数值分析,结果表 明采用线性轴向进给的情况下,成形质量较好,支管处壁厚较薄,减薄率较大,但未超出许用范 围,能够为三通管的成形研究提供有益参考。
