混合臂式高空作业车控制系统探讨

Abstract: Aerial working platform is a special device, which is used to position personnel and carry out aerial work, the safety and intelligence of the system has always been the focus of the industry and an important index to evaluate the performance of the machine. This paper introduces an intelligent control system based on CAN bus by combining the structure characteristics of domestic mixed-boom Aerial working platform. The intelligent control modules such as automatic leveling control of platform and the automatic operation control of chassis are introduced in detail, and the key technologies are discussed in detail according to the principle of modular design. The system can effectively improve the safety and the intelligent control of the vehicle, and provide a reference for the similar product design, has better practical value.

摘要: 高空作业车作为一种载人空中作业装置,其系统安全性和智能性一直是业内人士关注的焦 点和评价整机性能的重要指标,文章结合目前国内高空作业车主流机型——混合臂式高空车的结 构特点,重点介绍一种基于 CAN 总线的智能控制系统。按照模块化设计的原则,详细介绍了工作 平台电液自动调平、底盘自动操作控制等智能控制模块,并对其中的关键技术进行了详细的探讨。 该系统可有效提升整车的安全性和操控的智能性,为同类产品设计提供参考方案,具有较好的实 用价值。
