Abstract: In recent years, the online car-hailing platform gains more profits by continuously increasing its commission, it damages the interests of drivers. With different city sizes and different drivers' expectations, how to set the appropriate proportion of commission and consider the city size to make the platform and drivers achieve a win-win situation is an urgent problem to be solved. In this research, Maple is used to carry out the experiment, and the driver decision model and platform revenue model are designed. The order data of different cities is obtained to simulate the situation of online car-hailing platform sending orders and driver receiving orders. By constantly changing the draw proportion and exploring the changes of platform revenue, we come to the conclusion that with the change of the proportion of commission, the total revenue of the online car-hailing platform is also changing, and there is an optimal proportion of commission that makes the platform revenue the highest, and the optimal proportion of commission is different in different cities.

摘要: 近年来,网约车平台通过不断提高自身抽成比例以获取更多收益,损害了驾驶员的利益。 城市规模不同,驾驶员期望不同,如何设置合适的抽成比例让平台和驾驶员达到共赢是目前亟需 解决的问题。文章利用 Maple 软件进行仿真实验,设计了驾驶员决策模型、平台收益模型,获取 不同城市的订单数据模拟网约车平台派单、驾驶员接单的情景。通过不断改变抽成比例,探究平 台收益的变化情况,得出结论:随着抽成比例变化网约车平台的总收益也不断变化,存在使得平 台收益最高的最优抽成比例,且不同城市的最优抽成比例不同。
