Abstract: Brake stability is very important in truck combination design. A bad brake stability can lead to serious accident threatening the safety of driver and causes economic losses. There are many factors that can cause bad brake stability such as brake force distribution and build-up time of braking force. This article first introduces the general working principle of the braking system, secondly introduces the principle of the ABS system and the EBD system, then introduces two mechanical adjustment on truck combination brake stability. Then validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme by instance.

摘要: 设计列车制动稳定性(牵引车与挂车之间的制动协调性)是列车设计时必须要考虑的重要 问题。制动稳定性差的汽车易出现交通事故,从而对人们的生命财产安全造成威胁。汽车列车制 动稳定性与各轴制动响应顺序及各轴间制动力分配的合理性密切相关,文章探讨了两种机械气压 调整装置在改善汽车列车制动稳定性方面的作用,通过实例验证了该方案的有效性及可行性。
