Performance Analysis of Environmentally Friendly Refrigerant Replacing R134a in Automobile Air-conditioning System

Abstract: With more strict regulations for environmental concerns, the next generation refrigerant study for automobile air conditioning system is necessary. In current study, the low GWP refrigerants R1234yf and Isobutane have been evaluated for performance comparison with R134a. Other refrigerants, R407C, R410A and R507A are also investigated for performance evaluation. It can be found that R1234yf has close unit volume cooling capacity to R134a and there is no need for modification for compressor. It is highly recommended R1234yf as a good R134a alternative among the refrigerants investigated in this paper.

摘要: 随着环保要求的提升,汽车空调系统替代制冷剂的研究显得尤为重要。文章选择低 GWP 环保工质 R1234yf 和 Isobutane 作为 R134a 的替代品和 R134a 进行性能比较。与此同时,将和其他 性能相近的工质如 R407C,R410A 和 R507A 开展热力学评估。R1234yf 具有和 R134a 相近的单位 容积制冷量,压缩机无需做出较大改动。压比和排气温度较低。R1234yf 作为新一代低 GWP 环保 类工质,是替代 R134a 的较好工质。
