整车轮胎滚阻与传动系统阻力研究

Abstract: In order to reduce the fuel consumption and optimize the emission of the whole vehicle, this paper studies one of the main influencing factors-running resistance. In this paper, the rolling resistance of tire and drum surface, the friction resistance of brake and wheel hub, and the internal resistance of transmission system are measured by four-wheel-drive Chassis dynamometer and hybrid power bench. It is found that the driving resistance of the whole vehicle can be mainly attributed to the rolling resistance between the tire and the ground, the internal resistance of the transmission system and the wind resistance. Among them, the improvement of rolling resistance is feasible and plays a key role. Therefore, the effective way to reduce the vehicle running resistance is to reduce the vehicle rolling resistance.

摘要: 为了降低整车实际工况的油耗,优化排放问题,文章研究了其中的主要影响因素之一—— 行驶阻力。文章主要利用四驱底盘测功机台架和混合动力台架将轮胎与转鼓鼓面的滚动阻力、制 动器与轮毂的摩擦阻力、传动系统内部的阻力测量出来。研究发现,整车行驶阻力主要可以分为 轮胎与地面之间的滚动阻力、整车传动系统内部的传动内阻以及风阻。其中改善滚动阻力是切实 可行又起到关键作用。因此,降低整车行驶阻力的有效途径即为降低整车滚动阻力。
