Abstract: This paper aimed at the launch control problem of vehicles equipped with automatic transmission, the mechanical relationship between the launch process vehicle driving force, the resistance, and the clutch torque was confirmed by analysis of the launching process. Based on this, the launch control strategy was designed from three aspects: engine speed control, clutch torque control and engine torque control. The clutch torque was controlled by constant slope in stages to ensure the smoothness of the launching process, and the engine torque was controlled by torque intervention to ensure that the engine speed reached the target. Finally, the control model was built by MATLAB, and the code was generated and applied to the vehicle. The strategy was verified by the launching condition test of different throttle. The test results showed that the launch control strategy could achieve smooth and comfortable launching to meet the launch requirements of the vehicle.

摘要: 论文针对装配自动变速箱的车辆起步控制问题,通过对起步过程的受力状态分析,确认起 步过程车辆驱动力、阻力以及离合器扭矩之间的力学关系。基于此,从发动机转速控制、离合器 扭矩控制和发动机扭矩控制三个方面设计起步控制策略,通过分阶段定斜率控制离合器扭矩来保 证起步过程平顺性,以主动干预控制发动机扭矩来保证发动机转速达到目标。最后通过 MATLAB 完成控制模型搭建,生成代码后应用到整车上,通过不同油门的起步工况测试,验证该策略。试 验结果表明,该起步控制策略,能够实现平顺、舒适起步,满足车辆起步要求。
