行李箱盖开启系统研究

Abstract: In order to solve sedan trunk lid opening slowly problem at room temperature.Through the mechanical analysis of the trunk cover opening system, based on Excel Programm, build the relationship between the hand force and the trunk lid opening angle, find the main factors affecting the slow spring force value and the tolerance of the spring force, the attenuation of the spring force value, the friction moment of the hinge cover and the rear cover weight and center of gravity, to provide reference for the subsequent three-box car project and solutions.

摘要: 文章针对某个车型行李箱盖在常温条件下开启非常缓慢或者开启不了的问题,通过对行李 箱盖开启系统进行力学分析,基于 Excel 的行李箱盖的拉力弹簧和气弹簧的开发小程序,来构建手 上作用力与行李箱盖开启角度的关系,找到影响行李箱盖开启缓慢的主要因素为拉力弹簧力值以 及弹簧力值的公差,拉力弹簧力值的衰减,行李箱盖弯管铰链称套的摩擦力矩和行李箱盖重量及 重心,为后续三厢车型项目在前期的行李箱盖设计开发中提供参考以及解决方法。
