Abstract: The methods of chassis tuning and subjective evaluation are different for each company. This article uses a car as an example to introduce a set of methods for chassis tuning based on subjective evaluation, enumerating in detail the parts and their parameters that need to be adjusted, and The products before and after adjustment were subjectively evaluated, various indicators were scored and spider diagrams were drawn to verify the effectiveness of adjustment, which can provide references for actual engineering problems.

摘要： 各公司底盘调校和主观评价的方法都不一样，文章以某轿车为例介绍了一套以主观评价的方式进行底盘调 校的方法，详细列举需调校的零部件及其参数，并对调校前和优化后的产品进行了主观评价，对各项指标进行打分 并绘制蜘蛛图，证实调校的有效性，可为实际工程问题提供参考。
