Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on the new "Orientation Class" teaching mode of cooperation between Shanxi Vocational and Technical College of Mechatronics and Geely Automobile talent training. It not only focuses on the integration of production and education between our institute and enterprises, the joint development of education mechanism, talent training program, curriculum system and other aspects of research work, but also carries out practice in the aspects of teacher training, such as mutual employment and mutual education, technical services, Co Construction of training sites and so on. At present, this new mode of production, learning and research cooperation is another school enterprise cooperation mode in the new environment, and it is also a new direction and new measure for automobile majors to explore students' internship and employment, which has great research significance.

摘要： 论文主要围绕山西机电职业技术学院与吉利汽车人才培养方面合作的新型“定向班”教学模式进行研究。 不仅围绕校企产教融合、校企共同制定育人机制、人才培养方案、课程体系等方面开展研究工作，同时在师资培训 方面的互聘互教、技术服务、共建实训场地等方面进行实践。目前这种新型的产、学、研合作方式是新环境下的又 一校企合作模式，也是汽车专业探索学生实习和就业的新方向，新举措，具有重大研究意义。
