Abstract: CFD software was introduced into the practical teaching and research for students, numerical modelling of the microchannel structure for thermal management was carried out by students through an example, and the heat transferring process and temperature distributing was studied. It can not only make students intuitively understand the heat transfer and temperature distribution of the battery pack, but also improve students' innovation and practical ability, improve teaching quality and stimulate students' interest in scientific research.

摘要: 将 CFD 软件引入到学生的教学科研实践中,结合工程实例,引导学生完成微通道热管理结构的数值建模, 并学习电池包的传热过程和温度分布规律。既能让学生直观地了解电池包的热量传递和温度分布,又能提高学生的 创新和动手能力,提高教学质量,激发学生的科研兴趣。
