Improvement of Process Scheme for Wire Harness Bracket of Axle Housing

Abstract: Because the shell material of a heavy truck axle is ductile iron, the welding process can not be used for the assembly and welding of the wire harness bracket parts. The bonding process scheme was adopted in advance to bond the wire harness bracket parts on the shell. However, the feedback of quality problems caused by the process of processing, transshipment and after-sales occurred constantly. Since the confirmation of the bonding scheme, there were 4 after-sales customer quality feedbacks in one year. The problem was a repeated problem, which caused serious complaints from customers and required urgent improvement of the technical scheme. In order to solve the problem of after-sales falling off, our team tried to improve the riveting process through experimental planning, redesigned the riveting bracket, reasonably selected the bracket material, calculated the stress, calculated the cost of bonding and riveting, realized the improvement of the process plan, and solved the after-sales problem.

摘要: 某重卡车桥壳体件,由于该壳体材料为球墨铸铁,无法采用焊接工艺进行线束支架零件的装焊,先期采用粘 接工艺方案,对该壳体件上的线束支架零件进行粘接。但随之引发的加工、转运过程中、售后等出现的脱落质量问 题反馈不断发生。自粘接方案确认起 1 年内售后客户质量反馈累计发生 4 起,该问题为重复发生问题,造成客户严 重抱怨,急需进行工艺方案改进。为解决售后脱落问题,我小组通过实验策划,尝试铆接工艺,通过重新设计铆接 支架,合理选用支架材质,计算受力情况,核算粘接与铆接成本,实现了工艺方案改进,解决了该售后问题。
