Abstract: This paper analyzes the principle, composition and working process of laser tracking measurement technology; summarizes the characteristics of "high precision, long distance, no connection" of this measurement technology; and points out the advantages of this measurement technology in large space precision measurement. Combined with practical work experience, this paper expounds how the measurement technology is applied to the field of vehicle manufacturing, and solves the problems of welding fixture process adjustment and body product precision monitoring in the process of vehicle manufacturing. Through the analysis and discussion of specific examples, it can provide valuable references for related technology research.

摘要: 论文浅析了激光跟踪测量技术的原理、构成及工作过程,概述了该测量技术所具备“精度高、远距离、无 连线”的特点,洞察出该测量技术在大范围精密测量所具有的独特优势。结合实际工作经验,阐述该测量技术如何 应用于整车制造领域,解决整车制造过程中在焊夹具工艺调整和车身产品精度监控的难题。谨以具体实例的分析和 探讨,为相关技术研究抛砖引玉。
