Abstract: This paper studies the electrophoretic shrinkage of the window frame, analyzes the causes of the shrinkage from the structure and process of the window frame, and verifies that the anti rust oil in the crack of the window frame is the direct cause of the shrinkage. By optimizing the rolling crack, compressed air to clean up the liquid in the gap, and replacing the better compatible antirust oil, the poor shrinkage can be controlled. Finally, the innovative scheme of introducing water-based antirust agent can solve the problem of electrophoretic shrinkage of window frame.

摘要: 论文对窗框电泳缩孔进行研究,从窗框结构、缩孔过程进行原因分析,验证确定窗框夹缝防锈油为缩孔直 接原因。通过优化滚压间隙,压缩空气扫除夹缝液体,更换相容性更优的防锈油等将缩孔不良处于可控状态,创新 性导入并验证水溶性防锈剂的方案,解决了防锈油导致窗框电泳缩孔工艺性难题。
