Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of single trip transportation, there is an urgent need for tractors to be lightweight. The frame occupies a large proportion of the dead weight of the whole vehicle, so there is still room for optimization of the frame in order to achieve full vehicle lightweight. In this paper, the frame structure is optimized based on the existing frame structure of the market model, and the stiffening plate inside the frame is cancelled on the basis of satisfying its load bearing and reliability. Though the finite element analysis software HyperWorks, the strength changes of the two frame under different working conditions before and after optimization were compared and analyzed. On the premise of satisfying the simulation safety factor, the reliability test of the whole vehicle was carried out. The structure of the frame fully meets the working conditions of the corresponding market segments, and it has the value of promotion.

摘要: 随着国家对车辆超载治理力度越来越强大,公路标载运输车辆为了能够提升单趟运输效率,对牵引车轻量 化有迫切需求。车架占据整车自重的很大比例,要全方位实现整车轻量化,也应当策划分析车架的轻量化方案。文 章基于现有标载市场车型的车架结构,在满足其承载及可靠性的基础上对车架内部结构进行了优化。通过 HyperWorks 有限元分析软件,分析优化后车架在不同工况下的受力及安全因子。在满足仿真分析安全系数的前提 下,又进行了整车可靠性试验验证,该结构车架完全满足对应细分市场的工况需求,存在推广价值。
