Abstract: According to the research, hydrocarbon volatilization from non fuel systems such as tires, seats and interiors becomes an important part of vehicle evaporative pollutant limit. In order to explore the influence of high-temperature soaking time designed in the evaporative pollutant emission test program, as well as the pre-treatment program allowing specified temperature and specified time baking on the evaporative pollutant emission test.In order to study the influence of pretreatment procedure on evaporative pollutant test, the comparative analysis method of sample vehicle evaporation test after different pretreatment procedures, such as baking, high temperature immersion in different time, was adopted.

摘要: 根据研究表明,汽车轮胎、座椅、内饰等非燃油系统散发的碳氢化合物挥发成为整车蒸发污染物限值的重 要组成部分。为探讨在蒸发污染物排放试验程序中设计的高温浸车时间以及允许进行指定温度和指定时间烘烤等预 处理程序对蒸发污染物排放试验的影响,论文采用样车在不加注燃油情况下,分别在烘烤、不同时间高温浸车等不 同预处理程序处理后进行蒸发试验的对比分析方式,研究预处理程序对蒸发污染物试验的影响。
