Abstract: Based on the test method, the stability analysis of hood prop rod in the design verification stage has been carried out.Combined with the experimental data, the pseudo-contact method has been applied to study whether the hood can meet the requirements of fine craftsmanship and structural strength. Numerical analysis results show that the buckling force of the rod don’t reach the first-order critical instability state, and the stiffness and strength of the model meet the requirements of fine craftsmanship and structural strength correspondingly. Matching with prop rod and body provide the basement for the next stage of development.

摘要: 基于试验方法对某车型机盖撑杆在设计验证阶段进行先行研究分析。结合实验数据,采用伪接触法进行机 盖撑杆稳定性分析,研究撑杆及与撑杆相关的机盖和车身件是否满足在允许变形但不失功能条件下设定的精致工艺 和结构强度要求。数值分析结果表明,撑杆本身的屈曲力未达到第一阶临界失稳状态,模型的刚度与强度分别满足 精致工艺要求和结构强度要求。撑杆与车身结构得到相应匹配,为开发进入下一阶段提供依据。
