Abstract: By using ADAMS and Simulink software platform, the dynamic simulation analysis of four-wheel-drive commercial vehicle drive shaft system is realized, the simulation model of two-degree-of-freedom vehicle vibration and random uneven road surface under B-grade road surface is established, and the dynamic deflection of suspension is calculated. The influence of the vibration of the transmission shaft system with and without suspension deflection is compared, the vibration of the transmission shaft system is analyzed respectively when the actuator is in the high and low position, and the maximum vibration position is obtained.

摘要: 文章利用 ADAMS 和 Simulink 软件平台,实现了对四驱商用车传动轴系统的动力学仿真分析,建立了二自 由度车辆振动和 B 级路面下随机不平路面仿真模型,计算得到悬架动挠度。对传动轴系统在考虑悬架动挠度和不 考虑悬架动挠度情况下对传动轴系统振动影响进行对比,分别对分动器处于高挡和低挡位置行驶时对传动轴系统振 动进行分析,得到振动最大位置。
