Abstract: This article mainly combines the electric principle of the vehicle and the types of the external load of the body controller. The output circuit of the body controller is analyzed from four aspects: external relay drive control, high-side drive control, built-in relay control and LED indicator control. In the initial stage of the design, select and arrange the output drive components of the body controller to meet the functional requirements of the vehicle according to the type and quantity of external loads.

摘要: 文章主要结合整车电气原理以及车身控制器外部负载的类型,从外部继电器驱动控制、高边直接驱动控制、 内置集成继电器控制以及 LED 指示灯控制四个方面对车身控制器输出电路进行分析和探讨。在设计初期根据外部 负载种类和数量,对车身控制器输出驱动器件进行选型以及布置,满足车辆功能需求。
