Abstract: In view of the loosening of the bolt connecting the support on the pipe string of a passenger car tubular electric power steering (hereinafter referred to as CEPS), the causes of bolt loosening were determined through CAE analysis, bench test and benchbenchcomparison, and a feasible optimization scheme was formulated and implemented. Through the analysis, optimization and implementation of the loosening problem of connection bolts, the matching design capability of CEPS and instrument panel pipe beam (hereinafter referred to as CCB) is improved.

摘要: 针对某乘用车管柱式电动助力转向(下文简称 CEPS)管柱上支架连接螺栓松动问题,通过 CAE 分析、台 架试验及标杆对比等方法,确定螺栓松动产生的原因,并制定实施了切实可行的优化方案。通过对连接螺栓松动问 题的分析优化以及实施,提高了对于 CEPS 与仪表台管梁(下文简称 CCB)的匹配设计能力。
