Abstract: The lightweight design of commercial vehicle axle is a continuous weight reduction based on the actual operation condition of vehicle and the guarantee of product reliability and performance. Under the total mass remains unchanged, the net transportation income brought by the reduction of vehicle weight is very considerable. Combined with the domestic and foreign axle lightweight engineering practice, this paper refines the lightweight design method of drive axle suitable for commercial vehicles, and provides reference for the lightweight development of commercial vehicle parts.

摘要: 商用汽车车桥的轻量化设计是结合车辆实际运行工况,在保证产品可靠性和性能的基础上持续进行的降自 重。在整车满载总质量不变的情况下,车辆自重降低带来的运输净收益非常可观。文章结合国内外车桥轻量化工程 实践对适用于商用汽车的驱动桥轻量化设计方法进行提炼,为商用车零部件的轻量化开发提供参考与借鉴。
