Abstract: In order to ensure the convenience of getting on and off, some vehicles use rotary doors. Most rotary doors adopt constant speed telescopic cylinder to drive the door to open and close. This structure can not avoid the uneven movement during the door opening and closing process, which leads to the difficulty in adjusting the door movement speed, large movement impact and poor use feeling. This paper analyzes the opening and closing process of the revolving door of a certain vehicle by means of motion process simulation and chart analysis, and optimizes the structure of the door, so as to reduce the motion impact and get a better use feeling. Through the structural optimization, the maximum angular acceleration of the revolving door of the car is reduced by 98%, the door opening and closing process is smooth, and the use experience is good.

摘要: 部分车辆载员较多且对上下车时间有限制,为保证上下车便捷,部分车辆采用旋转式车门。旋转式车门多 数采用定速伸缩缸驱动车门启闭,该结构不能避免车门启闭过程运动不平顺,导致车门运动速度难以调整,运动冲 击较大,使用感受较差。文章对某车型旋转式车门启闭过程通过运动过程模拟、图表分析等方法进行分析并对该车 门结构进行优化设计,以求减小运动冲击获得更好的使用感受。通过结构优化,该车型旋转式车门最大角加速度降 幅达 98%,该车门启闭过程平顺,使用感受良好。
